My amazingly talented cousin Claire, is the master-mind behind The Kitchy Kitchen. It’s filled with wonderful recipes, lifestyle tips, beautiful photography, and a collaboration with yours truly. I’m so excited to be a part of her monthly beauty series, so in honor of all things green for St. Patty’s Day, I’m sharing some of my favorite natural beauty products. Check out the article on her blog, and read below!
Natural and organic beauty products are becoming more and more available, which is amazing. I’m slowly transforming my routine by swapping out some of my traditional favorites for more natural alternatives. It’s been a process but I’ve rounded up a few of my faves that are easily accessible and affordable.
Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soap: I love all the scents that Dr. Bronner’s offers but this rose scented bar has an amazing smell and makes a really great gift.
Le Couvent Des Minimes Everyday Deodorant: I did a test a while back where I swapped my beloved Dove for more natural versions and this one came out on top (you can read about my smelly journey here). It’s made with alum stone and keeps me fresh all day. No joke.
John Masters Organics Rose and Aloe Toning Mist: I typically use this as a midday pick-me-up. It offers great hydration and gives my skin an instant glow.
Mineral Fusion Perfecting Beauty Balm: This is a great natural BB cream that has a light tint to even skin tone.
Dr. Hauschka Volume Mascara in Aubergine: I love this mascara. It plumps and defines, and is one of the better natural mascaras I’ve tried. I also love the purple tint, which makes my green eyes really pop.
Burt’s Bees Lip Tint: I have a few of these that I leave in my purse and diaper bag for a quick wash of color that adds a ton of moisture to my naturally dry lips.
Pacifica Enlighten Eye Brightening Shadow Palette: The super wearable colors in this palette are a perfect transition into spring and summer.
EcoTools Makeup Brushes: These cruelty free and completely natural brushes are so soft and come in a handy travel case.
